About 3 months ago, I had some business for them and sent in an email request. Not even a (computer generated) response ! And this from a customer-focused search company? the horrors! most companies these days are long engineering talent--and way short on basic CRM,sales and marketing...all the while, hoping to be the next deal for xxxx .. because at this point,true scale could only be achieved via a fold-in, unless you serve the customer better than the incumbent (GOOG)....which doesn't seem to be the case here. this company, while interesting, does not seem to have a basic customer focused approach figured out yet.
