Quite fine start!
Just a comment, I tried:
http://websearch.thomson.com/SearchResults.aspx?action=search&query=house%20owner%20want%20to%20raise%20the%20rent&searchContext=97ec7c6c-1971-4a35-929f-6549f1902b0a
I feel it is just a keyword-oriented.
The results are OK (though some are contradictory to each other) but would really rock if it deployed some semantic analysis (maybe cooperate with Hakia).

It’s great to see the bastions of subscription based products finally opening the doors to their IP. Maybe they are beginning to understand that their business models will not be able to sustain them in the future.
The results are powered by Microsoft, and then clearly reordered. Not a bad idea. I also suspect they are forcing in results to the top, i saw some very short descriptive text for results that looked auto created - could use some work there.
