Very scary tactics by these folks. Scares me even more that they want to be the main search engine used by schools!

What a joke. Redzee isn't doing any new at all. In fact, thier phrase is one that Douglas Stewart, a Founder of ISE before John Stewarts arrival ,(parent comapany of Redzee), used in describing his vision using thier old search engine "Searchclimbers".
Douglas Stewart was the main force behind the start-up of the company and was responsible for most of its clients and advancement. Research shows that RedZee is a morph of Searchclimbers, Linkpositions and Commonnames.
There are not 15 million users and the tactics used by Redzee is the main reason why they have been sued in the past for Fraud.
Douglas Stewart, a true visionary, will be launching a new Search Engine in late 2008, after 3 years of data and refinement collection. This launching will begin a new era in Internet searching and most likely give Redzee its "walking papers".
His vision will give both consumers and online companies exactly what thier looking for; an opportunity to view and search while tracking sales and profits.
"After all", Douglas Stewart states, "there's a reason why Billboards line the highway as people drive by....Showing a hamburger is better than reading about it. Its all about capturing the senses."

The whole idea is ridiculous. Loads to slow, and if you believe pictures are worth a thousand words, then why do they have directions popping up to explain the picture? Additionally, if they have no end users,or very little, why would anyone pay to advertise there?
Bad idea, slow load,no users....and completely unknown.(**This company has a history on the Internet as a Scam and waste of money)

Even Googles text results are cached so how do think RedZee images are going to be live? Of course they are going to be stored. I see this as a little bit slower but I am getting a 100 results instead of the standard 10 to 13 and also they are images. I think its pretty fast for being all images. I think
this will never replace Google but at least they are doing something different in a sea of lookalike search engines.

Sorry Charles, but I have to disagree 100% on this one - they've turned a perfectly reasonable search engine into a total disaster. In a nutshell; it's slow, it's harder to view results quickly, the thumbnail returned is inaccurate, both in terms of not showing the correct page (preferring the index.htm) and in not showing the current version of the page. It has absolutely nothing to commend it and I'm going to be dropping it off my list of alternatives.
