Interesting what they define as a blog. I tried amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and got this sole result:

It did better with “search engines” and came up with some interesting results. Kind of spotty. I got no results at all for medical librarians. Did get some useful results for libraries. All in all, a nice way to get a quick look at the blogosphere.
